Behind the Scenes: Kitchen Design & Installation
This Rotherham kitchen was a full project from start to finish, where I managed everything to keep the job running smoothly. The client wanted a classic shaker-style kitchen with a modern touch, including a breakfast bar that could be used day-to-day as well as for socialising.
We started with a full rip-out before moving into plastering to get the space ready for a clean install. I worked closely with the electricians to make sure all wiring, sockets, and lighting were in the right place and properly thought through before the kitchen went in. Once everything was prepped, I carried out the full kitchen installation, making sure every unit and finish was fitted properly and to a high standard.
The shaker-style cabinets give the kitchen a timeless look, while the breakfast bar adds a practical feature that really makes the space more usable. It’s now a kitchen that works well for everyday life but still looks smart and well put together.
